Old bathroom suite, tiles and some plasterwork removed. Installed wall and floor tiles, sink unit, bathroom suite and radiator (bath and toilet in same position, sink moved to other wall). Area around shower prepared with cement board and tanked prior to tiling. Room painted and existing lights reinstalled. I recommend putting chrome plated brass baskets into shower areas, they cost more but don't ever rust and look superb for years.

A common job I do regularly. Either a syphon or filler change, or both. Normally use
Fluidmaster filler valves which fill from the bottom, so are much quieter when filling. Normally use
Dudley syphons, as they are much higher quality, and can be disassembled in situ, if required.
I can also replace noisy or leaking fillers in header tanks
